About LACRE

LACRE is the meeting point for education in the health sciences in Latin America.

Organized by Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile together with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, LACRE is the Latin American version of the renowned International Conference on Residency Education (ICRE).

Although its origins are linked to postgraduate medical training, today LACRE is a cross-cutting, interprofessional space that brings together educators, leaders, faculty members, residents and students from the different health professions.

LACRE seeks to connect those who share the commitment to transform health education, promoting the exchange of experiences, educational innovation, academic excellence and collaboration among professionals across Latin America.
